The PONSUNO Multi-Span Arch Tunnel Greenhouse connects multiple arch spans along shared galvanized gutters, merging separate tunnels into one continuous interior — eliminating side-wall waste, reducing heat loss per m², and creating room for mechanized cultivation and dense planting layouts.
Structure & Materials: Load-bearing frame in hot-dip galvanized steel (275g/m² zinc coating). Columns range 50–250mm diameter, sized by span and local loads. Press-formed galvanized gutters (1.5–2.5mm) are sloped for positive drainage — critical where rainwater converges at every valley. All-bolted assembly, no field welding.
Flexible Covering: Roof in 100–200 micron PE/PO/EVA film (anti-fog, anti-drip, UV-stabilized). Side walls are selectable: film for mild regions, polycarbonate hollow sheets for insulation and impact resistance, color steel sandwich panels for cold-climate efficiency, or glass for premium light transmission.
