The PONSUNO Single Span Arch Tunnel Greenhouse is our most economical and versatile growing solution. Also known as a hoop house, it features a continuous arched roof that creates uniform internal height, maximizes usable growing space, and efficiently sheds rain and snow.
The main structure uses Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel pipe with diameters ranging from 25mm to 60mm, selected according to span width and local load requirements. All connections use galvanized bolts and clamps — no field welding required — making installation straightforward and maintenance minimal.
Covering options include 150–200 micron PE, PO, or EVA agricultural film with anti-fog, anti-drip, and UV-stabilized treatments. Side and roof ventilation can be configured manually or motorized, and the system is fully compatible with drip irrigation, shading nets, and heating systems for year-round production.
